Small scale model table
MOB mobin customized small scale clay model table
Small scale model tables are usually used by modelers to create clay models of different proportions, in order to facilitate conceptual design proportions and forward-looking styling.
The MOB mobin small scale model table is made of high-strength alu6061 aluminum alloy and q235b metal material, which combines high load-bearing and stability. The table structure design conforms to ergonomics, and the reasonable height and desktop size make it easy for modelers to make small-scale clay models.
Reasonably reserve drainage holes in the two storage drawers below the desktop to facilitate the discharge of waste from the drawers.
The desktop undergoes hard matte silver anodizing throughout the entire area, with a consistent surface color and non reflective finish, and a flat surface accuracy of 0.1mm.
The mirror has a safety and explosion-proof function. The desktop is fixed through a dovetail groove slide rail structure, which allows for smooth and smooth horizontal movement. At the same time, there is an anti detachment design between the mirror base and the rail to prevent the mirror from derailing or flipping over, ensuring the safety of on-site personnel. The verticality error between the mirror and the desktop is 0.1 °
The model table is equipped with a foot stepping hydraulic lifting module imported from germany, which can adjust the height of the table at any time. The lifting is smooth and silent, meeting the design requirements of the stylist. The hydraulic lifting system can carry 6000n gravity, and the lifting adjustment range is 400mm. When the lifting module is lifted and stationary, the sliding mechanism has a sliding guide column that is smooth and should not shake or have a sense of obstruction.
The bottom is equipped with lockable silent universal casters and lockable anti slip and height adjustable support feet, making it easy to move and can be used in most areas of the design room.
