The newly launched 3rd generation automatic cutting sludge recycling extruder in 2022 has undergone two major upgrades, and mobin technology has completed up to 15 process design improvements.
  The upgrade of the 3rd generation oil sludge recycling extruder mainly involves upgrading the operating system, improving the process, and iterating the automated extrusion system.  Equipped with a high-precision, high silent, and high reduction ratio gearbox, the reduction ratio reaches 1/80, resulting in higher energy efficiency.

 Manual/automatic cutting mode switch, used in multiple scenarios according to user needs.
 Equipped with a 5-core explosion-proof plug, it meets the environmental requirements for indoor use in automotive enterprises. A 7-meter 5-core insulated cable can be used in multiple scenarios where the oil slurry extruder can be moved. The oil slurry is squeezed and coated, and recycled on-site, ensuring safety and reliability.

  • Adopting siemens fully digital variable frequency control system, temperature control is more accurate, with a temperature control error of ≤ 0.1 ℃.
  • Touch screen displays device information, combines multiple menus, and retains commonly used operating buttons.
  • Multi stage recovery device, filtering impurities, with a recovery rate of 99% and a recovery efficiency of up to 300kg/h.
  • Strong vacuum pumping ability, with a vacuum degree of 98kpa, capable of removing 99.99% of bubbles.
